Rattlesnake Point can be reached by snowshoeing up the Aunt Jenny Trail or the Rattlesnake Cliffs trail. The Aunt Jenny Trail is a steep climb ending on the upper portion of the Rattlesnake Cliffs Trail. From Rattlesnake Point two overlooks show off Lake Dunmore, Fern Lake, the Champlain Valley, the Green Mountains and the Adirondacks. From the Rattlesnake Cliffs trail take the Mt. Moosalamoo Trail to the summit of Mt. Moosalamoo and the Adirondacks. From the Rattlesnake Cliffs Trail take the Mt. Moosalamoo Trail to the summit of Mt. Moosalamoo. Estimated hike without snow is about an hour to Rattlesnake point. This is a relatively long hike which may take most of the day.
