About DIA - Performing Arts
The DIA International Performance Series originated at Stapleton International Airport (Denver's former airport) in 1990. It was the first airport to initiate a performance series of this magnitude, and the program has been a model for other airports. Since then, musicians, dancers, buskers and choirs have provided entertainment to visitors and travelers in hundreds of performances. The performances help diminish anxiety due to unexpected weather and flight delays during high traffic periods, and create a festive atmosphere during the holidays. The series has received national and regional media coverage.

    Imagination Celebration 2002
Imagination Celebration of Orange County was The Center's first venture into educational outreach. From its inception in 1986, Imagination Celebration has evolved into an exciting 16 day festival of music, drama, dance and a stunning array of inter-active entertainments involving families and students. The Center, which regularly offers top international family entertainers at Segerstrom Hall during Imagination Celebration, is a major partner with the Orange County Department of Education in the presentation of this annual, county-wide event. Many performances are free and always affordably priced to encourage maximum participation. As its name suggests, the festival is both a celebration of the arts and an invitation to young people to let their imaginations take flight.
