The best palindromes are those which are both cohesive and make some sort of sense. (Ideally, they don't stretch the rules of grammar too far, either.) A random string of words which just happens to be the same when read in either direction is far less entertaining (and less impressive) than one in which the components contribute to a common theme. There are quite a few pages dedicated to palindromery on the net, and I don't want to bore you with a lot of links which are likely to become outdated because I don't have time to maintain them. You can always try a search on Google or a search on Yahoo , or check out Jim Kalb's Palindrome Connection . Finally, there is The Palindromist Online , web site of a dead tree magazine available only by snail mail. nyah ).
