Editorial Review

Product Description
This 267 comprehensive book is about non-traditional medicine and is about Dr Moser, one of the first holistic practioners. This book has been edited from her extensive notes.

She wanted a book published for 2 reasons----one, to help educate the general public about the virtues of natural medicine and the second, to encourage the next generation of natural healers.

Her contention was that typical (AMA) medicine rarely makes a connection between the real causes of a degenerative or infectious disease and its cure. The causes are usually considered mysterious, ie.. we don't know why the pancreas is acting up, etc. The sick are sympathized with as victims who did nothing to contribute to their condition.

She says that this institutionalized irresponsibility seems useful for both parties to the illness, doctor and patient. The patient is not required to do anything about their complaint except pay (a lot) and obediently follow the instructions of the doctor, submitting unquestioningly to their drugs and surgeries. The physician then acquires a role of being considered vital to the survival of others and thus obtains great status, prestige, authority, and financial remuneration.

She realizes that in so expressing this will alienate some readers. But she does so because most Americans are entirely enthralled by doctors, and this doctor-god worship kills a lot of them.

Hygienic medicine, as Dr. Moser presents, is an opposite view. To the naturopath, illness is not a perplexing and mysterious occurrence over which you have no control or understanding. The causes of disease are clear and simple, the sick person is rarely a victim of circumstance and the cure is obvious and within the competence of a moderately intelligent sick person themselves to understand and help administer. In natural medicine, disease is a part of living that you are responsible for, and quite capable of handling.

Disease means dis-ease, or ill at ease. Most all of what we go through is due to our lifestyles being out of "wack."Natural remedies such as diet, fasting, colon cleansing, vitamins, food supplements and herbs when monitored and "DONE" by people taking personal responsibility for their suffering to "be their own doctor" have worked and can work to alleviate diseases.

Dr Moser ran a school for years teaching the above approaches to healing. There are many examples of real life situations and many examples of how and what Dr. Moser suggests to help you.

This book includes..

The Nature and Causes of Disease
Fasting
Colon Cleansing
Diet and Nutrition
Vitamins and Food Supplements
Helping Your Body to Recover

Isn't it time to look at healing alternative? Why take drugs and have surgeries which may not be needed? With the costs of typical medicine continuing to go sky high, why not see another way?

Reading this book will open your eyes !

Why wait ?

Start to feel better now ! ... Read more
