Children of the Earth Series
The books were in as advertised condition but the delivery was over a few weeks.

amazingly written
the amount of detail put into this series is astounding. i have cried with the characters in this book, as well as getting frustrated with some of there actions. some of the antics of the animal companions have made me laugh out loud. this is a series that is so well written, that the characters seem real, like a part of your family. i love the books and am sad that im on the last one. these are books for older teenagers and up. some of the romance is too detailed for younger children, but its not raunchy. its beautifully described. ... Item was as described and arrived very quickly. This is my favorite series of books ever. Its so detailed the author takes up to 7 years just to finish a volume. Educational, entertaining, riveting. Definitely worth a read!

Great book, great series!
I love this book series! I have read the series over and over again. I love her details and description of, well, everything. She sometimes goes overboard with some descriptions of flora and fauna, but with these books it seems right. Some of the parts are pretty graphic and not the best for younger kids. I started reading her books when I was 13 and eagerly anticipate each one. I never want the saga of Ayla to end.
